Our cosy non-smoking holiday flat for 2-5 persons is located between Dresden and Meissen, approximately 6 km away from Moritzburg, in a well-wooded area rich in lakes, on the vineyard. |

The plot is situated in a quite place. The garden with a pond, swimming pool and sun-bathing lawn invites for relaxation. After an eventful day you can sit romantically around the barbecue on the roofed terrace with a glass of Saxon wine. |

The American-style kitchen-living room has a couch which can be used as a comfortable double bed if required. Kitchen and room are connected by the dining corner. The kitchen is practically equipped with all the necessary tableware + microwave etc. From the room you can reach the roof terrace from where you have a magnificent view over the vineyards towards the vallay of river Elbe and over the Lauben estate. |

The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. In case of 3 persons and more you can additionally use the small sleeping floor for 2 persons reachable by a space saving stair ladder. |

The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. |

|
|
For your little ones there are a child’s chair, a child bed and various toys available. |
|
|
|
If you wish to explore the area by bike, we offer bicycles for rent. Small pets are allowed if prearranged. |
|
|
|
The holiday flat has a lorry-parking space, too. |
